Overview
YONGLIDA SBDY-I digital display whiteness meter is mainly suitable for whiteness measurement of non-colored objects with flat surfaces or powder, which can accurately obtain whiteness values consistent with visual Sensitivity. For objects treated by Fluorescent Whitening Agent, Basis Weight can reflect the whiteness value after fluorescent whitening, and the Opacity of paper can be accurately measured.
Features
1. Measurement range: 0~ 100%, resolution up to 0.1
2. Repeatability: ≤ 0.3
3. Stability: Zero drift is small, Voltage fluctuation Stability 0.1
4. Strong applicability: measurement of fluorescent whitening objects
5. Easy to operate: digital display design, intuitive and easy to read
Principle
The instrument uses the R457 blue light whiteness formula to evaluate the whiteness value of Basis Weight by measuring the reflectance of the object surface to blue light, and realizes the whiteness measurement consistent with the apparent Sensitivity.
Applications
Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, paints, chemical building materials, paper plates, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, porcelain clay, tale powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics
Standards
R457 Blu-ray whiteness standard
Steps
1. Connect 220V +/- 20% power supply
2. Place the object to be measured under the measurement aperture φ 30mm
3. Ensure that the surface is flat and aligned with the measurement area
4. Read the whiteness value on the display
5. Record measurement results
Notice
• Only suitable for flat objects or powders with non-colored surfaces
• Power supply voltage must be within 220V +/- 20% range
• Make sure the surface of the object is clean and flat during measurement
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy
