Overview
The PUSHEN JSF-550A Stir Scrub Disperser is a general-purpose laboratory equipment for high-speed dispersion, Stir and sand grinding of liquid materials. The equipment uses popular inverter electromechanical technology for quiet and low noise operation, and is equipped with an electric lift function for easy operation.
Features
1. Adopt frequency conversion electromechanical, quiet operation and low noise.
2. Equipped with electric lifting function, easy to operate.
3. Set high-speed dispersion, Stir and sand grinding functions in one.
4. Wide speed range, up to 0~ 10000rpm.
5. Standard matte disc, suitable for sand grinding process.
Principle
The device drives the Stir shaft through the motor to drive the impeller or matte disc to swirl/spin at high speed in the barrel. In dispersion and Stir modes, the impeller has a strong shear and circulation effect on the liquid material to achieve uniform mixing. In sand grinding mode, the matte disc interacts with the grinding medium in the material to grind and disperse the material particles to achieve the purpose of refinement and homogenization.
Applications
Dispersion, Stirring and Sanding of Laboratory Liquid Materials
Standards
GB/T 21868.3、ISO 8780-3
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the process requirements, install the appropriate impeller or matte disc.
3. Pour the liquid material to be processed into the drum.
4. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the Stir head to the appropriate working height.
5. Start the device and set the required speed through the speed control knob.
6. Disperse, Stir or Sand at a set rotational speed.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Stir head, and remove the processed material.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable and firm countertop.
• Before operation, please check whether the Stir shaft, impeller or matte disc is firmly installed.
• Do not start the equipment at high speed when there is no material in the drum or the amount of material is too small.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the drum while the equipment is in operation.
• Be sure to disconnect power before cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Do not operate beyond the maximum processing capacity (2L) of the equipment.
• Please choose the appropriate speed and processing time according to the material characteristics.
