PUSHEN JSF-750A Mixing and Scrubbing Disperser is a high-speed laboratory equipment for dispersing, stirring and sanding liquid materials. The product adopts a popular frequency conversion electromechanical design, which operates quietly and with low noise. The lifting method is electric lifting.

Principle
The equipment drives the spindle swirl/spin through the motor to drive the impeller or matte disc to run at high speed in the liquid material to realize the functions of dispersion, stirring and sand grinding. Rotation speed can be adjusted in the range of 0~ 7500rpm according to needs using frequency conversion speed regulation technology.

Steps
1. Connect the device to a 220V AC 50HZ power supply
2. Install suitable impellers or matte discs as required
3. Use the electric lift function to adjust the working position
4. Rotation speed parameters required
5. Start dispersing, mixing, or sanding operations
6. Turn off the power after the operation is completed
