Overview
The YONGLIDA QSM-II experimental sand mill is suitable for the dispersed grinding of various paints and is suitable for laboratory sample tests. The machine uses an electric motor to drive the Stirrer component to swirl/spin and turn the sand and materials in the tank rapidly. Through the strong tensile shear and Impact between the sand and the material, the aggregates are destroyed, and the particles are dispersed and finely ground.
Features
1. Speed range up to 1400rpm, adapt to different ground needs
2. The effective volume of the sand grinding basket is about 1.5 liters, suitable for sample testing
3. Power supply voltage 380V, Frequency 50Hz, stable and reliable
4. grinding tank size 100x200mm, reasonable design
5. Glass balls with a diameter of 2~ 4.5mm can be used as sand grains, with high flexibility
Principle
The YONGLIDA QSM-II experimental sand mill drives the Stirrer component through an electric motor, which makes the sand and materials swirl/spin and turn rapidly in the tank. Strong tensile shear and Impact forces are generated between the sand and the material, which destroys the aggregates, thus achieving the dispersion and fining of the particles.
Applications
Lab sample test, paints and grind
Steps
1. Prepare tempered Glass balls with a diameter of 2~ 4.5mm as sand grains
2. Put the sand and materials into the sand grinding basket
3. Set the speed range to the desired speed within 1400rpm
4. Start the motor and drive Stirrer to grind
5. Monitor the grinding process and stop after achieving the purpose of dispersion and refinement
Notice
• The sand needs to bring its own tempered Glass ball with a diameter of 2~ 4.5mm
• Power supply voltage 380V, Frequency 50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent high-speed swirling/spinning parts from hurting people
• Regularly inspect Stirrer components to ensure proper operation
• Only suitable for laboratory sample testing, not for large-scale production
