Overview
YONGLIDA JB90-D electric Stirrer is a novel design and professional technology test equipment. Its motor design is safe and reliable, and it adopts a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism. It has the characteristics of small size and large output torque. It is suitable for experimental work in scientific research, Universities & colleges, chemical industry and related institutions.
Features
1. Novel design and professional craftsmanship.
2. The motor design is safe and reliable.
3. Adopt a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism.
4. Small size, large output torque.
5. Adopt stepless speed regulation, with a speed range of 100 to 1400rpm.
Principle
The electric Stirrer is driven by a motor and transmits the power of the motor to the Stir shaft through a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism to realize the Stir function. The user can continuously adjust the stirring speed in the range of 100 to 1400 rpm through stepless speed regulation.
Applications
Universities & colleges, chemical industry
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable bench.
2. Connect a 220V, 50Hz power supply.
3. Install and secure the required Impeller blades.
4. Stir the container under the Stir shaft and adjust the position.
5. Turn on the power switch.
6. Through the speed control knob, adjust the speed to the desired value (100~ 1400rpm).
7. After the Stir is completed, first return the speed control knob to zero, and then turn off the power switch.
Notice
• Please make sure to use a 220V, 50Hz power supply and check that the power cord is in good condition.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well-ventilated environment.
• Before starting, make sure that the Impeller blade is firmly installed and the container is placed firmly.
• When adjusting the speed, swirl/spin knob slowly and smoothly to avoid sudden changes in speed.
• During operation, do not touch the swirling/spinning Stir shaft and blades with your hands or other objects.
Equipment running with abnormal noise or vibration should be stopped immediately for inspection.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
Do not overload or run the equipment continuously for a long time.
