Overview
YONGLIDA JB200-D electric Stirrer is a novel design and professional electric Stir equipment. It adopts a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism, which has the characteristics of small size and large output torque. It is suitable for scientific research, Universities & colleges, chemical industry and related units.
Features
1. Novel design and professional craftsmanship.
2. The motor design is safe and reliable.
3. Adopt a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism.
4. Small size, large output torque.
Adopting stepless speed regulation, the speed range is 50 to 1500 rpm.
Principle
The electric Stirrer is driven by a motor and transmits power to the Stir shaft through a low-noise mechanical deceleration mechanism to realize the Stir function. The user can continuously adjust the stirring speed in the range of 50 to 1500 rpm through stepless speed regulation.
Applications
Research, Universities & colleges, Chemical Industry, Related Unit Testing
Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, install the appropriate Impeller blade.
3. Stir the container in place below the Stir shaft.
4. Turn on the power switch.
5. Through the speed control knob, start at a low speed and gradually adjust to the desired speed.
6. After the Stir is completed, first adjust the speed to the lowest level, and then turn off the power switch.
7. Stir container and clean Impeller leaves.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V, frequency is 50Hz, consistent with equipment requirements.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well-ventilated environment.
When starting, start at a low speed to avoid sudden high-speed start that causes sample spatter or equipment overload.
• Do not touch the swirling/spinning Stir shaft or blade while the device is running.
• Stirring load must not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment to avoid damage to the motor or deceleration mechanism.
• After use, it should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
