OSP-05 L1300φ 16 formed wire scraper (D-Bar) is a production tool used to precisely control the amount of Spreader. It has been modified to solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, and difficult cleaning of traditional wire scraper. It can control the minimum wet film thickness of 1.5μm to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle

Steps
1. Spreader the liquid on the surface of the substrate.
