Overview
The FARUI FR-1304 touch screen servo Compressive tester is made in accordance with the CNS national standard and designed according to the instrument requirements of the paper and Cardboard inspection method. The tester can perform the annular compressive strength test of Cardboard and core paper under specified conditions, and can be expanded to the flat compressive strength, compressive strength, adhesion and general compression test of corrugated paper. The machine is equipped with a High Accuracy load device and load display, so that the load value can be directly displayed and read out.
Features
1. Adopt servo motor control.
2. Adopt PLC touch screen control, touch screen Linear dispersion display; support tensile, compression, pressure holding test, pressure holding test.
3. Three Measurement Units: N, Kgf, Lbf are optional and can be automatically interchanged.
4. Touch screen LCD display with backlighting, can be used in an environment with insufficient rays of light.
5. A single measurement can read the peak value in the two directions of pulling and pressing, and can be automatically and manually cleared.
6. With travel limit and overload stop function.
7. With printing function.
Principle
The testing machine is driven by a servo motor to achieve precise pressurization speed control. During the test, the pressure or tension on the sample is sensed by the High Accuracy load, and the signal is transmitted to the PLC touch screen control system. The system processes the data in real time, displaying the force value change in the form of numerical and Linear dispersion on the touch screen, and can record key parameters such as peak value.
Applications
Cardboard ring compressive strength test, core paper ring compressive strength test, corrugated paper flat compressive strength test, corrugated paper adhesion test, general compression test
Standards
CNS national standard, Paper and Cardboard inspection law
Steps
Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply and start the device.
2. Select the Test Mode (e.g. Compression, Stretch, etc.) and Measurement Units (N, Kgf, Lbf) on the touchscreen.
3. Set the required pressurization speed (range 0.1 to 100mm/min).
4. Place the specimen between the upper and lower pressure plates (size: 180mm).
5. Start the test, the equipment runs automatically, and the touch screen displays the force value Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the touch screen displays the peak data of the pulling and pressing directions, which can be automatically or manually cleared.
7. Test results can be output through the print function.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please confirm that the travel limit function is normal before operation to prevent overload damage.
• Do not exceed the equipment force range (2000kg) during testing.
• Keep the upper and lower pressure plates clean to ensure test accuracy.
• Use touchscreen backlighting in low-ray of light environments.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment regularly.
