Overview
HUITAI 2XZ-2 vacuum pump is a basic equipment for pumping gas from sealing containers. It has the characteristics of small size, light mass and low noise, and is especially suitable for laboratory use. The pump can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump and titanium pump.

Principle
The vacuum pump removes the gas from the sealing container by mechanical means, and when the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve can be opened for auxiliary operation.

Steps
1. Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5 ℃ -40 ℃
2. Check whether the air inlet pressure is less than 1.3 × 10 ³ Pa
3. Open the gas ballast valve when the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%
4. Avoid continuous unblocked atmospheric operation of the air inlet for more than one minute

• Not suitable for metal corrosion gas extraction
• Not suitable for pumping gases that chemically react with pump oil
• Not suitable for extracting gases containing particulate dust
• Not suitable for pumping out oily, explosive, and toxic gases
• The continuous smooth atmospheric operation of the air inlet shall not exceed one minute
