Overview
PUSHEN PS 2460/1 Visual Color Assessment Cabinet (two light sources) is a device designed to accurately evaluate Color. It simulates different Standard light sources to generate specified lighting conditions, so as to achieve objective evaluation of Color, regardless of location and environment. The technical specifications of the device comply with the national standard GB9761-88 (equivalent to ISO3668), which is suitable for visual Colorimetric and color scheme of Coating and pigment, and is also suitable for Miscellaneous industries involving Color observation.
Features
Standard light source: A light source (2856K) and D65 light source (6500K).
2. The technical indicators comply with the national standard GB9761-88 (equivalent to the international standard ISO3668).
3. Capable of generating specified and stable lighting conditions to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of Color Evaluation.
4. Colorimetric and color schemes suitable for the Coating and pigment industries, as well as Miscellaneous related Color observation fields.
Principle
The Visual Color Assessment Cabinet simulates different lighting environments with built-in Standard light sources such as A and D65. By providing these standardized light conditions, the device allows observers to accurately and consistently compare and evaluate the Color of objects without interference from external environment light.
Applications
Coatings, pigments, printing and dyeing, papermaking, enamel, Pottery and porcelain
Standards
GB/T9761、ISO3668
Steps
Place the Color Assessment Cabinet on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V AC 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and select the A light source or the D65 light source for lighting as required.
3. Colorimetric or color scheme samples are placed in the Color Assessment Cabinet observation area.
4. Under the selected Standard light source, visually observe, compare or evaluate the Color of the sample.
5. After use, turn off the light source and power switch.
Notice
Make sure to use a 220V AC 50Hz power supply and ground it properly.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well-ventilated environment.
• Avoid use in environments with strong direct light or complex environment light, so as not to affect the observation accuracy.
Do not switch the light source on and off frequently to prolong the lifespan of the bulb.
• When cleaning the box, please wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosive cleaners.
• The equipment is heavy (30Kg), so pay attention to safety when moving to prevent dumping.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
