Overview
PUSHEN PS 2460/2 Visual Color Assessment Cabinet (three light sources) is a Colorimetric device designed for our country's Coating and pigment industry to implement international standards. Its technical indicators have reached the provisions of the national standard GB9761-88 (equivalent to international standard ISO3668). The device can accurately and objectively evaluate the Color of items by simulating different light sources to generate specified lighting conditions, regardless of location and environment. It is suitable for visual Colorimetric and color scheme of Coating and pigment, and is also suitable for Miscellaneous industries involving Color observation.
Features
Standard light source: A light source (2856K), D65 light source (6500K) and UV light source (365nm).
2. The technical indicators comply with the national standard GB/T9761 and the international standard ISO3668.
3. Designated lighting conditions can be generated to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of Color Evaluation.
4. Colorimetric and color schemes for the Coating and pigment industries.
Principle
The Visual Color Assessment Cabinet simulates different standard lighting environments with built-in A, D65 and UV light sources. Items will appear different Colors under different light sources. Using this device, these specified lighting conditions can be generated and stably maintained, providing observers with a consistent, controlled lighting environment for objective and accurate visual evaluation and comparison of Colors.
Applications
Coatings, pigments, printing and dyeing, papermaking, enamel, Pottery and porcelain
Standards
GB/T9761、ISO3668
Steps
Place the Color Assessment Cabinet on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V AC 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box and put the items to be tested and the standard color sample into the observation area in the box.
3. Select the A light source, D65 light source or UV light source for lighting as required.
4. Under the specified light source, visually observe and compare the Color difference between the item to be tested and the standard color sample.
5. After use, turn off all light sources and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Make sure to use a 220V AC 50Hz power supply and ground it properly.
• Avoid use in humid, dusty or strong electromagnetic interference environments.
Do not switch the light source on and off frequently to prolong the lifespan of the bulb.
• When cleaning the box, please disconnect the power first and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
• When observing, avoid external rays of light directly entering the observation window, affecting Colorimetric results.
• The equipment is heavy (30Kg), so pay attention to safety when moving to prevent dumping.
• If not used for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply and store the equipment in a drying place.
