Overview
PUSHEN HNQ Backtack tester is a special testing equipment designed and manufactured according to GB1762-80 standard. It is mainly used to measure the adhesion phenomenon of paint film due to certain temperature and Humidity after drying, especially for oil-based paints and oil-based paints.

Principle
Humidity conditions at a specific temperature by measuring a predetermined weight is placed on the filter paper to apply pressure to the film, after a predetermined time to observe the adhesion of the filter paper and the film, thereby evaluating the film after tack grade.
Steps
1. According to the GB1727-79 standard, the preparation paint film on the tinplate, constant temperature and humidity drying for 48 hours
2. Place the filter paper face down on the paint film at least 1 cm from the edge of the sample
3. Conditioning box at 40 +/- 1 ℃, relative humidity 80 +/- 2%
4. Place the Backtack tester in the center of the filter paper and close the Conditioning box
Warm up to 40 +/- 1 ° C, relative humidity 80 +/- 2% within 5.5 minutes, keep for 10 minutes
6. Quickly remove the measuring device vertically and take out the sample
7. Leave at constant temperature and humidity for 15 minutes
8. Observe the results with a quadruple magnifying glass and rate them
9. Each sample is prepared with three templates, and the evaluation results are at the same level as the two results
Notice
• The bottom surface of the tester should be scrubbed in time after the test
• The instrument should be kept in the instrument box
• Place in a clean drying place to prevent rust
• Filter paper, tinplate, Conditioning box and magnifying glass
• Each sample needs to be prepared with three samples at the same time
