Principle

Spreader the specimen at a uniform speed by placing the Applicator on a fixed template to form a wet-film with a specified thickness. The Applicator must not move when sliding past the template to ensure accurate film thickness.

1. Place the template on the platform and fix it 2. Applicator for wet film thickness 3. Place the Applicator on the short side of the template close to parallel or specified positions 4. Approximately 5 ml sample before Applicator 5. Press and hold both ends with your finger to slide at a constant speed of 150mm/s 6. After use, wash and dry with solvent and apply lubricating oil
