Overview
The PUSHEN JM-IV paint film Wear meter is suitable for testing the wear resistance performance of various coatings, such as floor paints, route board paints, etc. It can also be used to test the wear resistance performance of Spinning & weaving products, paper, plastic, decorative boards, etc. The instrument uses two abrasion abrasive wheels arranged on the working plate. When the working plate swirls/spins, the right abrasive wheels rub outward from the center of the surface of the sample, and the left abrasive wheels rub outward from the outside to the center, forming a circular abrasion mark that overlaps with each other and intersects in an X shape, making the friction non-directional and closer to the actual application.
Features
1. Adopt double abrasive wheels design to achieve non-directional friction and overcome the shortcomings of one-way abrasion;
2. The working plate swirls/spins once to form X-shaped cross abrasion marks to ensure uniform force on the surface of the sample;
3. Equipped with grinder and vacuum cleaner, easy to maintain and clean abrasive wheels;
4. Automatic counting function, automatic parking when the set value is reached;
5. Adjustable load to adapt to different testing requirements.
Principle
The instrument is connected to the turbine gearbox through the motor through the resilience coupling, which drives the working wheel to swirl/spin. Two abrasion abrasive wheels are mounted on the pressure arm respectively. The right abrasive wheels rub outward from the center of the sample, and the left abrasive wheels rub outward from the outside to the center to form an X-shaped intersecting ring abrasion mark. This design makes the friction non-directional and more realistically simulates the actual abrasion situation.
Applications
Paints, Spinning & weaving, paper, plastic, decorative panels
Steps
1. Install the sample on the working plate;
2. Configure abrasive wheels and apply the required load;
3. Set the counting range;
4. Start the instrument for testing.
5. Automatic parking when the set count is reached;
6. Use a grinder to trim abrasive wheels;
7. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the test area.
Notice
• Ensure that the sample size and thickness meet the requirements;
• Regularly trim abrasive wheels to maintain accuracy;
• Use a vacuum cleaner to reduce the impact of dust;
• Power supply voltage matching;
• When multiple instruments share the grinding machine, please specify when ordering.
