Overview
The PUSHEN JM-VI paint film wear meter is suitable for testing the wear resistance performance of various coatings, such as floor paint, route plate paint, etc., and can also be used to test the wear resistance performance of Spinning & weaving products, paper, plastic, decorative plates, etc. The instrument uses two abrasion abrasive wheels arranged on the working plate. When the working plate swirl/spin, the right abrasive wheels are rubbed outward from the center of the sample surface, and the left abrasive wheels are rubbed outward from the outside to the center, forming two circular abrasion marks that overlap each other and intersect in an X-shape, so that the surface of the sample is affected in all aspects. The friction is non-directional and closer to practical application, overcoming the shortcomings of one-way reciprocating motion.
Features
1. Adopt double abrasive wheels swirl/spin friction method to form X-shaped intersecting abrasion marks to ensure that the friction is non-directional and the test is closer to reality.
2. The main engine is composed of transmission, pressurization, working disk, counting and other parts, with a compact structure and easy operation.
3. Equipped with auxiliary machine grinder and vacuum cleaner, the grinder is used for abrasive wheels dressing, and the vacuum cleaner can be placed under the test table to save space.
4. The counting part automatically records the number of operating weeks, and automatically stops after reaching the set value to improve Test accuracy and efficiency.
5. Adjustable friction load, supports a variety of load options of 500g, 750g, and 1000g, to adapt to different testing requirements.
Principle
The paint film Wear meter is connected with the turbine gearbox through the motor-driven resilience coupling to drive the working disc swirl/spin. The working disc is equipped with two abrasion abrasive wheels. The right abrasive wheels rub outward from the center of the sample surface, and the left abrasive wheels rub outward from the outside to the center. Every swirl/spin week forms two circular abrasion marks that overlap each other and intersect in an X shape. This design makes the sample surface uniformly stressed in all aspects, and the friction is non-directional, simulating the actual abrasion situation. The pressurized part applies weight through weight, and the counting part automatically records the number of swirl/spin weeks and stops when the set value is reached.
Applications
Paint, floor paint, route board paint, Spinning & weaving products, paper, plastic, decorative board
Steps
Fix the sample plate on the working plate to ensure that the sample size is 100mm and the thickness is 10mm.
2. Install abrasion abrasive wheels on the pressurized mandrel and tighten with nuts.
3. Adjust the end weight of the pressure arm and set the required friction load (500g, 750g or 1000g).
4. Start the instrument, the working disc swirls/spins at 60rpm Rotation speed, and the counting part starts to record the number of weeks.
5. When the number of swirl/spin cycles reaches the set value (0-9999 range), the instrument automatically stops.
6. Use a grinder to trim abrasive wheels to ensure Test accuracy; Vacuum cleaners can be used to clean abrasion debris.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is 220V AC 50Hz to ensure stable power supply.
• The size and thickness of the sample must strictly meet the specifications (100mm size, 10mm thickness).
• Pressurized weight should be equilibrated during installation to avoid affecting the test results.
• Regularly use a grinder to trim abrasive wheels to maintain abrasion performance.
• The vacuum cleaner can be placed under the test table to avoid taking up desktop space.
• When multiple instruments share a grinding machine, please specify when ordering.
• Before operation, check whether the components are firmly connected to ensure safe operation.
