Overview
HUITAI LRH-1000F biochemistry cultivating box is a thermostatic equipment specially used for water analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding test. It is suitable for scientific research, colleges and production departments such as environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, and aquatic products.

2. Quality assurance: use brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system to extend life; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity; PID Control mode temperature control is accurate, with timing function.
3. Optional smart program controller: preset 15 segments and 30 steps to program, each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 99 minutes, to achieve automatic control.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system: over-temperature automatic interruption and sound and light alarm to ensure safety.
Optional data processing function: USB or RS485 interface to connect to printer or computer to record temperature changes.
Principle
Through PID Control mode to precisely adjust the temperature, the Compressor cooling system and JAKEL tube flow circulating fan with a unique air duct structure to form a good air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box. Optional intelligent program controller to achieve multi-stage programmable automatic control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box as needed.
3. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity.
4. Optional use of intelligent program controller to preset multi-segment programs.
5. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz/25A before use to avoid overload.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the sound and light prompts of the independent temperature limit alarm system when overheating, and deal with it in time.
• Options such as test holes, program controllers, etc. need to be configured on demand and installed correctly.
• Avoid prolonged operation under extreme temperature conditions to extend Compressor life.
