Overview
HUITAI MJ-500F-I mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, institutions, and production departments. It is used for water body analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests of bacteria, molds and microorganisms.

1. Humanized design: Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, the menu-type Operating interface is simple and easy to understand; Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design is easy to clean, and the shelf spacing in the box is adjustable; use without fluorine refrigerant 134a and 406a, effective energy saving and environmental protection; the left side of the box can be equipped with test holes (25mm/50mm), which is convenient for experimental operation and Measuring temperature.
2. Quality assurance: using brand Compressor, independent research and development of Compressor cooling system to extend the service life; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to ensure Temperature uniformity in the box; PID Control mode, temperature control accurate fluctuations, with timing function (maximum 99 hours 99 minutes).
3. Ultraviolet sterilization system: located on the top layer of the box, effectively killing floating bacteria in the circulating air and preventing cell fostering pollution.
4. Intelligent liquid crystal programmable multi-stage controller (optional): 15 stages and 30 steps can be preset, each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 99 minutes, simplifying the complex test process and realizing automatic control.
5. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): If the temperature exceeds the limit, the operation will be automatically interrupted, and the sound and light alarm will prompt to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Convenient data processing (optional): With USB or RS485 interface, you can connect a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature through PID Control mode, and uses brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system to achieve efficient cooling. JAKEL tube flow circulating fan with unique air duct structure establishes a good air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box. The ultraviolet sterilization system is located on the top floor to kill floating bacteria in the circulating air to prevent pollution. Optional intelligent controller realizes multi-stage programming and automated operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and timing parameters.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box and place the sample as needed.
3. Start the device and monitor the LCD display data to ensure stable temperature.
4. Optional functions: such as using test holes for measurement, or connecting a computer to record data.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.

• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements.
