Overview
HUITAI LRH-100CL cryogenic incubator (cryopreservation box) is a kind of foster and storage equipment used in low temperature environment. It is widely used in the storage of foster bases, serums, products, microbial foster, environmental testing and other fields.
Features
1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface; use environmentally friendly 134a without fluorine refrigerant; use mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc design is easy to clean, and the shelf spacing in the box is adjustable; use double-decked door structure, good thermal insulation performance; the left side of the box can be equipped with test holes.
2, quality assurance: using brand Compressor, self-developed Compressor cooling system; using JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to ensure Temperature uniformity; using international good brand Humidity Sensor, built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system; PID Control mode, temperature control and humidity accurate; with 99 cycles, 30 sections per cycle of complex program control ability.
3. Safety and expansion: Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, automatic interruption and sound and light alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit; optional USB or RS485 interface, connected to a printer or computer to record data.
Principle
The equipment drives the refrigeration system through the Compressor, and cools down with the environmentally friendly 134a refrigerant. The temperature in the box is precisely adjusted by the PID controller, and good air circulation is formed through the JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to ensure the temperature uniformity in the box. Humidity control is realized through the built-in water tank electric heating tube humidification system and the international brand Humidity Sensor.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity and program parameters through the large-screen LCD menu Operating interface.
3. Put the items to be fostered or stored on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box.
4. Close the double-decked door and start the device running.
5. During operation, the internal conditions can be viewed through the observation window without affecting the temperature.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment according to the operating procedures and remove the items.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Power supply voltage specified (AC 220V 50Hz/10A).
• Please pay attention to the mirror stainless steel material and semi-circular arc design of the liner when cleaning.
• The optional independent temperature limit alarm system can provide Safety protection when the temperature exceeds the limit. It is recommended to choose according to the experimental needs.
• Optional Interface (e.g. USB/RS485) and software can be used to record temperature parameter changes.
• The test hole on the left side of the box is an optional accessory, which can be selected according to the experimental measurement needs.
The device has a complex program control function (99 cycles x 30 segments), please read the instructions carefully when setting.
