Overview
HH. CP-T-ⅱ Co2 incubator is a professional equipment of HUITAI brand for cell, tissue and bacterial fostering. It is a key equipment required for immunology, oncology, genetics and bioengineering, and is widely used in the research and production of microbiology, agricultural science and experiments.
Features
1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type Operating interface, easy to understand; can be stacked (two layers), easy to use laboratory space; microcomputer controller, accurate and reliable control; stainless steel liner and Shelf, four corners and a half arc transition, shelf bracket free loading and unloading, easy to clean.
2. Microbial Effective Filter: The CO2 air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency Filter, which targets particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μm, with a filtrating efficiency of up to 99.99%, effectively filtrating bacteria and dust particles (optional).
3. Door temperature heating system: The heating of the box door warms the inner Glass to prevent condensation and reduce the risk of microbial contamination.
4. Fast CO2 concentration recovery: Infrared Sensor monitors CO2 concentration and is not affected by Humidity; close the door after 30 seconds, the temperature returns to 37 ° C within < 10 minutes, and the CO2 concentration returns to 5% within < 5 minutes, maintaining a stable and uniform.
5. Equipped with a dedicated secondary pressure reducing valve to ensure the intake pressure.
6. UV sterilization system (optional): UV Lamp on the back wall of the box, regular disinfection, killing circulating air and humidifying pan water steam floating bacteria to prevent pollution.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): over-limit temperature automatically interrupts operation, sound and light alarm to ensure experimental safety.
8. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface, which can be connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The Co2 incubator automatically monitors and controls the CO2 concentration through a microcomputer controller and an imported infrared Sensor, which is not affected by temperature Humidity. The gas sleeve Heating mode is adopted to achieve precise temperature control; the natural evaporation Humidification mode maintains Humidity; the door temperature heating system prevents condensation; the optional ultraviolet sterilization system disinfects the internal environment to ensure stable foster conditions.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz/10A.
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the temperature (RT + 5~ 50 ℃) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) through the large-screen LCD display menu.
3. Optional Microbial Filter, UV Sterilization System and other accessories can be installed as needed.
4. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
5. Monitor CO2 concentration and temperature recovery. After opening the door, CO2 concentration will recover within < 5 minutes, and temperature will recover within < 10 minutes.
6. Optional connection USB or RS485 interface for data processing.
7. Clean the liner after use and maintain it regularly.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 30 ° C.
• Check whether the CO2 air inlet Filter is installed before use (optional).
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to maintain stable CO2 concentration.
• Regularly clean liners and Shelves to prevent contamination.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompt when the limit is exceeded.
