Overview
HUITAI HH. CP-01-ⅱ Co2 incubator is a professional instrument for fostering cells, tissues and bacteria. As a key equipment required for immunology, oncology, genetics and bioengineering, it is widely used in microbiology, agricultural science, experimental research and production fields.

2. Microbial Effective Filter: The CO2 air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency Filter, which can penetrate 99.99% of particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μm, effectively penetrating bacteria and dust particles (optional).
3. Door temperature heating system: Heating the door of the box warms the inner Glass to prevent condensation and microbial contamination.
4. Fast CO2 concentration recovery: Infrared Sensor is not affected by Temperature Humidity, close the door after 30 seconds, the temperature recovery is < 10 minutes, the CO2 concentration recovery is < 5 minutes, and it remains stable and uniform.
5. Equipped with a dedicated secondary pressure reducing valve to ensure the intake pressure.
6. UV sterilization system (optional): UV Lamp on the back wall of the box is regularly disinfected to kill circulating air and humidifying pan water steam floating bacteria to prevent pollution.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): automatic interruption of operation and sound and light alarm to ensure experimental safety.
8. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface to connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely controls the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box through a microcomputer controller, using an air sleeve Heating mode with Temperature Fluctuation +/- 0.2 ° C. The CO2 control is automatically monitored by an imported infrared Sensor, which is not affected by the temperature and Humidity to ensure stable concentration. Humidification mode of natural evaporation maintains Humidity, door temperature heating system prevents condensation in the Glass door, and an optional UV sterilization system disinfects the internal environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Operating interface settings through the menu temperature and CO2 concentration parameters.
3. Place the foster on the shelf to ensure reasonable space.
4. Close the box door and monitor the CO2 concentration and temperature recovery.
5. Regularly use an ultraviolet sterilization system for disinfection (if optional).
6. Connect external devices to record data through USB or RS485 interface (if optional).
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 30 ℃.
• Check whether the CO2 inlet Filter is normal before use (if optional).
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to maintain stable CO2 concentration.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to prevent contamination.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, pay attention to the over-limit alarm prompt.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz/10A to avoid overload.
