HUITAI DHG-9260A blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing purposes.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-type Operating interface, easy to understand and easy to operate (standard).
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the Temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box without manual adjustment.
4. Adopt microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6. Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
8. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
Control mode of the blower speed and speed of the drying oven, combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system, automatically discharges water vapor to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the studio. Microcomputer temperature controller provides precise temperature control and timing functions to ensure stable and reliable drying process.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Turn on the device and set parameters such as temperature and timing through the large-screen LCD display interface.
3. Place samples as needed and use shelf brackets for free loading and unloading.
4. Start the equipment, the fan and air duct circulation system run automatically, and start the drying process.
5. Monitor temperature changes, optional RS485 interface to connect to a recorder or computer to record data.
6. After the timing is over, the device automatically stops, takes out the sample and cleans the liner.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V 50Hz/16A requirements.
• Ensure that the studio is clean to avoid debris affecting Temperature uniformity.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature protection function during operation, such as the optional independent temperature limit controller to ensure safe operation.
• Regularly check the fan and air duct system to prevent blockage.
• When cleaning the liner, use a semi-circular four-corner design to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
