Overview
HUITAI HHG-9078A high temperature blast drying oven is a kind of equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor and R & D institutions, suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing.
Features
1. The studio is made of high-quality steel or stainless steel to ensure durability.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller with setting and measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system can automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The equipment accurately sets and monitors the temperature through a microcomputer thermostat, combined with a hot air circulation system, and the air flows evenly in the studio driven by a low-noise fan to achieve efficient drying and heating processes.
Applications
Industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature (range RT + 20~ 400 ° C) and timing (1~ 9999min).
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work to ensure uniform temperature.
4. Monitor the temperature display, optional alarm system or RS485 interface for data recording.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the studio.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V 50Hz/16A requirements to avoid overload.
• Inner chamber material and shelf quantity checked before use, standard 2 pieces.
• When an independent temperature limit alarm system is optional, pay attention to setting the temperature limit to prevent accidents.
• When the RS485 interface is optional, connect the recorder or computer correctly.
• Avoid touching high-temperature parts during operation to prevent burns.
• Regularly maintain the hot air circulation system to ensure the normal operation of the fan and air duct.
