Overview
HUITAI HHG-9248A high temperature blast drying oven is a equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing purposes. The equipment is made of high-quality steel or stainless steel plate studios, equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and a hot air circulation system to ensure precise and uniform temperature control.

5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high temperature blast drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses the hot air circulation system to evenly distribute the hot air into the working room to achieve rapid heating and maintain temperature stability. The optional temperature limit alarm system automatically cuts off the power when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature and time (Timer Range 1~ 9999min).
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the temperature display is monitored.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the studio.
Notice
• Ensure that the input Power does not exceed 4000W to avoid overload.
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V 50Hz requirements.
• Regularly clean the studio and air duct to keep the equipment in good working condition.
• If a temperature limit alarm system is selected, its function should be tested regularly to ensure safety.
