HUITAI HHG-9079A high temperature blast drying oven is a device specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing. The equipment uses high-quality steel or stainless steel plate studios, equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and a hot air circulation system to ensure precise and uniform temperature control.

Principle
The high temperature blast drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer temperature controller, and uses the hot air circulation system to evenly distribute the hot air into the working room to realize fast drying, baking or sterilizing. The optional temperature limit alarm system automatically cuts off the power when the temperature is abnormal to ensure the safety of operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature (range RT + 30~ 500 ° C) and timing (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer thermostat.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the temperature display is monitored.
5. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops, the sample is removed, and the power is turned off.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V requirements.
• Make sure there are no flammable and explosive items in the workplace.
• Do not touch high-temperature parts during operation to avoid burns.
• Regularly clean the studio and air duct to keep the equipment in good condition.
• If a temperature limit alarm system is selected, its function needs to be tested regularly.
