HUITAI HHG-9149A high temperature blast drying oven is a equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoors, R & D institutions, etc., for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other applications. Its Temperature range is RT + 30~ 500 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1 ℃, volume 140L, using steel or stainless steel plate studio to ensure Reliability.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel to ensure durability.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting and measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
Optional RS485 interface can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high-temperature blast drying oven accurately sets and adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, combined with the hot air circulation system driven by the low-noise fan and air duct, so that the hot air is evenly distributed in the working room to achieve efficient drying, baking, wax melting or sterilizing process.
