Overview
HUITAI HHG-9249A high temperature blast drying oven is a equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoors, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes. The equipment has precise temperature control and uniform hot air circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of the experimental process.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel to ensure durability and cleanliness.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting and measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high-temperature blast drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument. Combined with the hot air circulation system, the hot air is evenly distributed to the working room by a low-noise fan and air duct to achieve efficient drying and heating process. The optional independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature, timing time (1~ 9999min), and Miscellaneous parameters.
3. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the temperature display is monitored to ensure stability.
4. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the studio.
Notice
- Power supply voltage is checked before use to meet AC220V 50Hz/16A requirements.
Avoid running in an over-temperature state. Optional independent temperature limiting alarm system is available to enhance safety.
- Regularly clean the studio and shelves to prevent residues from affecting performance.
- Pay attention to high-temperature surfaces during operation to avoid burns.
To record temperature data, an optional RS485 interface can be used to connect to an external device.
