Principle
Vacuum drying technology significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids by creating a vacuum environment, making heat-sensitive substances easy to dry; vacuum conditions can effectively shorten the drying time of powder or granular samples, and ensure that there is no residue after drying of complex structure samples; operating under vacuum or inert conditions can eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides, and powder samples will not be disturbed by airflow.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the aluminum shelf in the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door to ensure sealing
3. Set Required Vacuum Level and Temperature Parameters via Panel
4. Start the equipment for drying
5. After drying can be filled with inert gas (if necessary)
6. Remove the sample and clean the equipment

• When operating, pay attention to the Vacuum Level control within the specified range to prevent equipment damage
• The sealing ring of the box door needs to be checked regularly to ensure that the Vacuum Level is maintained
