HUITAI HTZ-6500L vacuum degree digital drying oven is a vacuum drying technology equipment, widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields, for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of Glass containers. It is especially suitable for rapid and effective drying treatment of heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components.
Features
The digital vacuum gauge automatically controls the Vacuum Level, with a wide control range (1.0 × 10 to 1.0 × 105 Pa) and high accuracy (+/- 1%). The resistance silicon tube pressure sensor is used to ensure stability.

7. The studio is made of stainless steel, and the shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate and electrostatic spraying.
8. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
Principle
The drying oven works on the principle that the vacuum environment significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids. Under vacuum or inert gas conditions, the sample is heated and dried, which not only effectively handles heat-sensitive substances, shortens the drying time, but also ensures safety, avoids thermal explosion of oxides, and prevents the powder sample from being blown by the air flow.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door.
3. Set the required Vacuum Level and Temperature parameters through the panel.
4. Start the equipment and start the drying process.
5. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked Glass doors.
6. After drying, remove the sample according to the procedure.

• Please ensure that the device is used at the specified Power supply voltage (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
• Pay attention to the setting and control range of Vacuum Level when operating.
• When filling the tank with inert gas, follow safety procedures.
• When drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis or easy-to-oxidation substances, make full use of its vacuum environment advantages.
• Regularly check the silicone rubber door seal to ensure sealing.
• When the equipment is working, avoid opening the door frequently to maintain the Vacuum Level and temperature stability.
