HUITAI PH-240A dry training dual-use box is a new generation of drying/fostering dual-use equipment with high quality, reliability and safety features. It uses fans for forced air convection, providing direct assistance and reliable assurance to Universities & colleges, scientific research and production.

5. Adopt microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
6. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.

8. The self-designed conversion method with weak control and strong control avoids the Impact on the system during high current conversion and improves product Reliability.

10. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
11. With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded. (optional)
Principle
The fan is used for air forced convection, and the water vapor inside the box is automatically discharged through the self-developed air duct circulation system to realize the automatic conversion of drying and foster modes. When the temperature is higher than 80 degrees, it is converted to drying mode, and the conversion temperature can also be set according to user needs.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set temperature, timing and other parameters through the LCD menu Operating interface.
3. Load and unload shelf brackets as needed.
4. Start the equipment, and the fan automatically runs for forced air convection.
5. Monitor temperature changes, and the equipment automatically switches between drying and fostering modes.
6. Clean the liner after use, pay attention to the semi-circular four-corner design for easy cleaning.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at RT + 5~ 35 ℃.
• Input Power is 2450W, make sure the power supply matches.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, please confirm the configuration if you need to use it.
• RS485 interface is an optional function, please confirm the configuration when connecting the recorder or computer.
• Use a semi-circular four-corner design when cleaning to avoid the use of sharp tools.
• Regularly check the fan and air duct circulation system to ensure normal operation.
