HUITAI ER-30S Microcrystalline Glass Heating Plate is a liquid heating device specially designed for Universities & colleges, Petrochemicals, environmental protection and other laboratories. It uses Microcrystalline Glass panel and 316L stainless steel material to ensure corrosion resistance and high temperature Stability. Operating temperature can reach 400 ℃.

Principle
The heating plate is powered by a power supply, and the input Power is controlled by an energy adjustment switch to convert electrical energy into heat energy, and evenly heat the liquid through a microcrystalline Glass panel. Ceramic fiber insulation material reduces heat loss and ensures efficient heating.

Steps
1. Connect the device to an AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Use the energy adjustment switch to set the desired temperature, Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃
3. Place the liquid to be heated on the working plate to ensure good contact
4. Monitor the heating process and adjust or turn it off in time after reaching the target temperature
