Principle
The JM-IV Wear meter uses the motor to drive the turntable swirl/spin to drive the abrasive wheels to rub on the surface of the specimen, simulating the abrasion process in actual use. The user can adjust the Rotation speed and select the abrasive wheels material to test the wear resistance performance under different conditions.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and fix it on the chassis
2. Select the appropriate abrasive wheels and load according to the test requirements
3. Adjust CVT to desired Rotation speed
4. Start the instrument for abrasion test
5. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument and record the results
