Overview
The B-45 Inkometer is a professional testing instrument under the JINGKELIAN brand, which is mainly used to accurately measure the Tack value of inks. The instrument has the function of detecting Tack value addition and evaluating inks Mistting.
Features
1. Provide three-speed adjustable copper roller spindle Rotation speed: 400 rpm, 800 rpm and 1200 rpm.

Principle
The instrument drives the copper roller spindle through the motor to set the Rotation speed swirl/spin, and the inks Spreader to be tested is placed on the surface of the copper roller. Under thermostatic conditions, the resistance or torque between specific components (such as homogenizing rollers) and the swirl/spin inks film is converted into Tack values and displayed on the scale, so as to realize the quantitative evaluation of inks Tack, Tack changes and Mistting characteristics.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a horizontal table and level it.
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the thermostatic water tank and set the required temperature.
3. Select the appropriate spindle Rotation speed gear (I, II or III) according to the test requirements.
4. Spreader inks evenly on the surface of the clean copper roller.
5. Start the instrument so that the copper roller swirls/spins according to the set Rotation speed.
6. Read and record the Tack value of inks through the instrument ruler.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument and clean the copper roller and Miscellaneous contact parts.
Notice
• Ensure the level of the worktable before use to ensure that the level error of the copper roller spindle meets the requirements.
• The thermostatic water tank needs to be injected with sufficient medium and ensure that the pump Flow rate is normal.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts.
• Regularly clean and maintain copper rollers and homogenizing rollers to ensure test accuracy.
The instrument is heavier (about 70 kilograms), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
