Overview
JINGKELIAN QSJ FM Disperser is a laboratory dispersion equipment using voltage regulation and speed regulation technology. Its display can directly display the shaft Rotation speed, and can analyze the relationship between the dispersion speed and the material viscosity and chemical reaction speed through diagrams.

Principle
The Disperser changes the Power supply frequency of the input motor through the frequency modulator, so as to realize stepless adjustment of the motor Rotation speed. The rotating shaft drives the impeller to swirl/spin at high speed, which produces strong shearing, Impact and turbulence on the material in the dispersion cup to achieve dispersion, mixing and homogenization of the material. The operator can monitor the Rotation speed through the display and analyze the process parameters in combination with the chart.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate impeller according to the material characteristics and install it.
3. Add the material to be dispersed into the dispersion cup and fix the dispersion cup.
4. Adjust the lifting handle to immerse the impeller in the material to a suitable depth.
5. Turn on the power and slowly increase the Rotation speed to the desired value through the speed control knob.
6. Rotation speed can be monitored in real time through the display during the dispersion process.
7. After the dispersion is completed, adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level and turn off the power.
8. Raise the impeller and remove the dispersion cup for subsequent processing.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz and reliable grounding before use.
• Be sure to confirm that the impeller has been installed correctly and is not loose before starting the machine.
• Lifting and speed regulation should be smooth and slow to avoid Impact.
• During dispersion, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands or Miscellaneous objects near the swirling/spinning impeller.
• Do not move or hit the disperser cup while the device is running.
• Clean the impeller and dispersion cup in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
• Do not overload or work at maximum Rotation speed for a long time.
When abnormal noise or vibration occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
