WH-HP-01 glue baking machine is a special equipment for lithography process of WENHAO brand, which can be used for pre-drying, medium drying and post-drying in lithography process. The equipment adopts PID temperature control system to automatically measure and control temperature, and has the characteristics of two-stage automatic heating, fast drying speed, good uniformity and high temperature control accuracy, which can continue to work stably for a long time.

Principle
The device realizes automatic temperature measurement and control through PID temperature control system, uses two-stage automatic heating mode to heat the sample, and completes the baking process in the lithography process within the set Temperature range.

Steps
1. Set parameters through Touchscreen
2. Start the equipment to bake glue
3. It is advisable to control the drying time within 15 minutes
