Overview
JFL NDJ-5S Digital Viscometer is a measuring instrument with professional mechanical design, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement Sensitivity, reliable test results, easy operation, etc. It is suitable for the measurement of absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.
Features
1. Adopt professional mechanical design technology, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, and the data collection is correct.
2. Select a blue-backlit, high-luminance LCD display, the data display is clear.
3. Sensitivity of measurement, reliable test results.
4. Easy to use and operate, beautiful and elegant in appearance.
5. With automatic transmission function, it can automatically select the appropriate rotor number and speed.
6. The reading stability cursor prompts that the reading is basically stable when the vertical bar square cursor is full.
7. The operating language supports Chinese/English.
Principle
Tack resistance of the rotor is measured by driving the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid, and the data is processed by a microcomputer control system, and finally the viscosity value of the liquid is displayed on the digital display screen.
Applications
Oil, paints, plastics, food, Coatings, detergents and other fluid viscosity measurement
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested.
2. Select the appropriate rotor and speed according to the estimated viscosity or use the automatic transmission function.
3. Install the rotor and immerse the sample in the specified marking line.
4. Turn on the instrument, read and record the viscosity value after the reading stability cursor is full.
5. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor.
Notice
• Power supply voltage needs to be AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz +/- 10%.
• The working environment temperature should be within the range of 5~ 35 ° C.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be ≤ 80%.
• Ensure that the instrument is used under permissible working conditions to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• The rotor should be cleaned in time after use to avoid sample residue affecting subsequent measurement.
