Overview
Concrete Rheometer LBY-I is a computer-controlled industrial rheology measurement device from the RONGJIDA brand. It can measure materials from low viscosity newtonian fluids to colloids to high concentration pastes. Software supports automatic control, data collection and analysis to obtain flow Linear dispersion, especially for direct measurement of cement, mortar and concrete containing particles with a maximum diameter of 10mm.
Features
1. Computer control, automatic data collection, analysis and processing.
2. Measurement range, covering low viscosity newtonian fluid, colloid to high concentration paste.
3. Direct measurement of concrete containing particles with a maximum diameter of 10mm.
4. Equipped with standard double envelope stainless steel vessel and stainless steel impeller.
5. Supports temperature control by circulating water.
6. Provide a wide range of impeller speed and torque measurement.
Principle
The device controls the impeller or stirring blade to swirl/spin in the sample through a computer, and the torque required for swirl/spin measurement is obtained. Rotation speed, the system automatically collects torque data, and after analysis and processing by software, plots the flow Linear dispersion of the material to characterize its rheological characteristics.
Applications
Cement, mortar, concrete
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in a standard container.
2. Start the equipment and supporting software.
3. Measurement parameters (e.g. Linear dispersion).
4. Start automatic measurement, the system controls the impeller swirl/spin and collects torque data.
5. Software automatically analyzes data to generate flow Linear dispersion.
6. Complete the measurement and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply meets 220V-10A requirements.
• When measuring concrete, pay attention to the aggregate particle size not exceeding 10mm.
• When using the temperature control function, connect the circulating water system correctly.
• Please be familiar with the use of software and equipment parameter settings before operation.
• Device size and weight to ensure smooth placement.
