Overview
Cement slurry Rheometer (model: LB-II) is an instrument used to detect the construction performance of fine textured building materials such as cement slurry, mortar, fine concrete and cement. It is suitable for substances with a maximum particle diameter of 2 mm. The instrument provides key data such as rheological Linear dispersion and parameters, temperature and construction performance relationship, curing behavior and time relationship, and the effect of additives on construction performance.
Features
1. Designed for industrial environments, rugged and durable.
2. Applicable to quality control, research and development.
3. Easy to operate.
4. Support predefined and automated execution of standardized or customized test steps.
5. Uneven particles with a maximum diameter of 2 mm can be measured and effectively separated by dedicated probes.
Principle
Driven by a High Accuracy synchronous motor with a rotational resolution of 200 steps, the instrument can rotate and record rheological Linear dispersion and data points at a speed of 0.001 to 400 rpm in both directions. The standard measurement system consists of a stationary probe and an optional cylindrical sample container, which is concentrically fixed within the container. The resulting shear torque (max +/- 250Nmm) is continuously recorded by a special microphone as the sample flows around the probe. The sample container is fixed to the rotating drive shaft and the probe can be automatically lifted and lowered for easy filling, emptying and cleaning. The temperature is measured by a Sensor located under the measurement probe.
Applications
Cement slurry testing, mortar testing, fine concrete testing, cement testing
Steps
1. Fill the sample into the selected cylindrical sample container.
2. Fix the sample container on the rotating drive shaft.
3. Predefine or select test steps through the Control system.
4. Start the instrument, the probe automatically descends and starts measurement.
5. The instrument automatically records rheological Linear dispersion, torque, temperature and other data.
6. After the test is completed, the probe automatically rises for easy emptying and cleaning of the container.
Notice
• Only for samples with a maximum particle diameter of no more than 2mm.
• Ensure sample containers and probes are clean to avoid cross-contamination.
• Follow predefined test steps or standard procedures when operating.
• Rotation speed and torque range of the instrument to avoid exceeding the limit.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy.
