Overview
DYE-300 cement compression testing machine is a professional testing instrument of RONGJIDA brand, which is used to determine the compressire strength of cement and mortar trabecular test blocks. The machine adopts electro-hydraulic loading, Sensor force measurement, and intelligent instrument to display force value. It is not affected by natural air frequency. It has the characteristics of high indication Sensitivity, compact structure, novel shape and convenient operation.
Features
1. Using Electric Hydraulic Loading, Sensor Force Measurement, Intelligent Instrument Display Force Value, High Indication Sensitivity.
2. Compact structure, novel shape, easy to operate.
3. The upper pressure plate can automatically adapt to the subtle inclination of the specimen in the height direction, so that the specimen is evenly stressed.
4. The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety valve, which can overflow when overloaded, providing safety.
5. The oil feed valve handwheel can adjust the loading rate, providing flexible control.
Principle
This machine is mainly composed of a main engine, a hydraulic system and a force measuring unit. The main engine generates pressure through the cylinder and piston, and the upper pressure plate can automatically adapt to the top surface of the specimen to ensure uniform force. The hydraulic system is driven by a hydraulic pump, and the amount of oil entering the cylinder is adjusted through the oil feeding valve to control the loading rate. The oil return valve is used for unloading. The force measuring unit senses the value through the pressure sensor, which is processed and displayed by the intelligent measurement and control system.
Applications
Cement compressire strength test, mortar beam test block compressire strength test
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use and operate by professional experimenters.
2. Check whether all components of the equipment are functioning properly.
3. Place the specimen in the center of the bearing plate.
4. Operate the oil feed valve handwheel and adjust it to the required loading rate for pressurization.
5. After the test is completed, open the oil return valve for unloading.
6. Record or print test data.
Notice
• Be sure to read the instructions carefully before use.
• It must be operated by professional experimenters to avoid injuries caused by improper operation.
• Note that the electrical voltage of the equipment is 380V +/- 10%.
• Pay attention to the status of safety valves and other protective devices when operating.
