Principle

* Environmental requirements: ambient atmospheric temperature is 5 ℃ -45 ℃; relative humidity < 80%, and should not work in a corrosion gas environment for a long time.
The water source should be clean and free of impurities.
The power box lubricating oil needs to be replaced every six months with No. 20 or No. 30 mechanical lubricating oil, and the amount of oil is subject to the center line of the spindle (about 600ml).
Check the bottom of the power box every six months for water accumulation and determine whether the sealing ring of the pump is damaged. If damaged, it needs to be replaced.
* If the Ambient Temperature is below 0 ° C, all water sources in the system need to be emptied to prevent icing damage to the parts.
If the system pressure starts for a long time, it may be that there is air in the pipeline, and the air should be discharged according to the method of first use.
* If there is no pressure in the system, usually the sealing ring in the pump is abrasion, resulting in lax sealing, and the sealing ring needs to be replaced.
