Overview
RONGJIDA CA-3 concrete gas content tester is a direct reading instrument for measuring the gas content in concrete mixtures. It is suitable for concrete with aggregate particle size greater than 40mm, gas content not more than 10% and slump. The body of the instrument is made of all aluminum casting and is equipped with a shockproof and waterproof pressure gauge, which is especially suitable for on-site operation. It can directly read the gas content value. The operation is simple and the numerical value is accurate, eliminating the tedious steps of drawing and calibrating Linear dispersion.
Features
1. The measuring bowl is precision cast with aluminum alloy acid and alkali resistant material, with a rigorous structure and accurate volume to ensure accurate measurement.
2, directly read the measured concrete gas content, simple and convenient operation, accurate value, saving time and effort.
3, the use of refined equipment pressure gauge, good safety performance, dial clear and intuitive.
4, all parts of the sealing ring using special sealing material, sealing performance is good, durable.
5. Built-in hand pump is lightweight, time-saving and labor-saving.
6. Water injection measurement is used in combination with non-water injection measurement.
7, small size and light weight, easy to carry, most suitable for high-frequency continuous use on site.
Principle
The measurement principle of the CA-3 direct reading concrete gas content tester is based on the gaseous equation. Between the gas chamber maintaining a certain pressure and the container filled with the test material, the pressure is equilibrated by opening and closing. When the pressure of the two containers reaches the equilibrate, the reduction of the pressure of the gas chamber is equal to the percentage of the air content in the mortar, which is directly displayed on the pressure gauge as the air content in the test material. The instrument is also suitable for the measurement of the air content in the mortar according to the relevant technical conditions.
Applications
Construction, highway, railway, water conservancy and hydropower, port, airport construction and other construction sites of concrete gas content measurement, engineering mass supervision and management, concrete materials research and teaching experiments
