Overview
RONGJIDA NS-2 concrete Wear resistance Tester is a special test equipment designed according to the national standard GB/T16925-1997, which is suitable for testing the wear resistance performance of concrete and its products, pavement bricks, floor tiles, artificial marble, terrazzo and other building materials. The machine is the key equipment for the inspection of Abrasion Resistance of pavement and ground materials, and is widely used in municipal, highway, bridge construction units, concrete products factories and scientific research laboratories.
Features
1. Adopt ball bearing friction method, grinding head is 13 * 15.875mm ball bearing, to ensure the Stability and accuracy of the test.
The friction load is precisely adjustable, and the standard setting is 154 +/- 2.5N.
3. Rotation speed of the working plate is high, the range is 1000~ 1050rpm, which meets the standard test requirements.
4. Grindstone has high working Hardness, greater than HRC62, wear-resistant and durable.
5. The whole machine design is compact, the size is 700 * 450 * 800mm, the weight is 163kg, and the structure is stable.
6. Motor Power is 0.75kw, smooth operation, noise level is not more than 75dB.
Principle
The testing machine adopts ball bearing friction mode, and drives the working disc to swirl/spin at a Rotation speed of 1000~ 1050rpm through the motor. During the test, the specimen is fixed on the working disc, and a standard load of 154 +/- 2.5N is applied to the grinding head (ball bearing) to make it contact with the surface of the specimen and generate relative friction motion. By setting a 10mm Test Travel, the abrasion process of the material in actual use is simulated to evaluate its wear resistance performance.

Steps
Prepare specimens that meet the specifications and ensure that the wear area is not less than 100 * 100mm and not more than 300 * 300mm.
2. Install the specimen firmly on the working plate of the testing machine.
3. According to the standard requirements, adjust and confirm the friction load to 154 +/- 2.5N.
4. Set Test Travel to 10mm.
5. Start the machine and make the working plate run at a Rotation speed of 1000~ 1050rpm to start the wear resistance test.
6. After the test, turn off the machine and remove the specimen for abrasion evaluation.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the components are tight.
The specimen specifications must meet the requirements, and the wear area should be between 100 * 100mm and 300 * 300mm.
The friction load needs to be precisely adjusted to the standard range of 154 +/- 2.5N.
• During the operation of the machine, do not approach the swirl/spin parts to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the grinding head (ball bearing) and replace it if necessary to ensure Test accuracy.
• Keep the equipment clean and perform regular maintenance.
