Overview
Double horizontal shaft concrete Stirrer (model: HJS-60) is a professional testing instrument for building materials or concrete testing. Its design is scientific and reasonable, its performance meets and exceeds the standard requirements, and it has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency, uniform mixture and clean discharge. It is suitable for laboratories of scientific research institutes, mixing stations, testing units and other institutions.
Features
The design is scientific and reasonable, and the structural type has been included in the national industry mandatory standard "Stirrer for concrete testing" (JG244-2009).
2. The mixing efficiency is high, and the mixture is more uniform.
3. Cleaner discharge.
4. The gap between the stirring shovel and the inner wall of the stirring cylinder can be adjusted slightly to ensure the stirring effect.
5. Electrical Control system with start, point, stop, timing functions, easy to operate.
Principle
This machine is composed of a frame, a stirringdevice, a transmission system, a limiting device and an electrical Control system. The stirringdevice is composed of a stirring cylinder, a stirring shaft and a stirring shovel. The stirring shovel is fixed on the stirring arm and integrates with the stirring shaft to form two sets of spiral ribbon stirring shovels with opposite helical directions but the same lead and helical lift angle. When working, the transmission system drives the stirring shaft swirl/spin to drive the stirring shovel to forcibly stir the materials in the cylinder to achieve an efficient and uniform mixing effect.
Applications
Building materials or concrete laboratories of scientific research institutes, mixing stations, testing units and other institutions
Standards
Stirrer for concrete testing (JG244-2009)
Steps
1. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Operate by professional experimenters to check whether the components of the equipment are normal.
3. According to the test requirements, add the material to the mixing drum.
4. Through the Electrical Control system, select start, point or timing mode for stirring.
5. After the mixing is completed, operate the equipment for tipping and unloading.
6. After use, clean the equipment and cut off the power supply.
Notice
• Be sure to read the instructions carefully before use.
• It must be operated by professional experimenters to avoid injuries caused by improper operation.
• Pay attention to check whether the gap between the stirring shovel and the inner wall of the stirring cylinder is appropriate.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure normal operation.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent mechanical injuries.
