QTG Film Applicator is a I-shaped design Spreader tool of JFL brand. It is mainly used to Spreader wet-film with specified thickness to determine the hiding power, color or preparatory sample of the sample. The product is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material and is durable.

Principle
According to GB/T1727-92 design and manufacture. Applicator with suitable clearance is selected, and the sample is carried through the test piece at a constant speed to obtain a uniform and flat paint film, which is used to measure the hiding power and other performance of the sample.

The required film applicator for drying time, color and hiding power preparation.
Steps
1. According to the test requirements, select the coating applicator with the appropriate gap depth.
2. Place the specimen on the test piece.
3. Handheld coating applicator, uniform speed with the sample on the test piece.
4. Obtain a uniform and flat wet-film for subsequent determination or preparation.
