Overview
RONGJIDA LB-6S intelligent bond strength puller is an instrument suitable for mortar, veneer brick, paints, Coatings, coatings, exterior insulation materials and other exterior building materials and Adhesive bond strength detection instrument. The instrument is made of imported alloy materials, with light weight and functions such as digital display, Data storage and USB charging.
Features
1. Wide range, covering 0 to 6.000KN/3.75MPa.
2. High resolution, up to 0.001KN.
3. Using imported alloy materials, the structure is sturdy and durable, and the weight is only 2.0kg.
4. Available in one and split instrument structures.
5. Equipped with a configurator, digital display, and LCD lighting.
6. Built-in high-capacity lithium battery power supply, support USB interface charging.
7. Large data storage capacity, can store 200 pieces of data, and supports query and deletion.
8. With peak hold function and 10-segment line correction function.
9. Travel is 10mm.
10. Provide 100 * 100mm and φ 50mm test blocks to choose from.
Principle
The instrument applies a pulling force perpendicular to the base surface of the specimen adhered to the substrate through a hydraulic or mechanical transmission system. The force value Sensor monitors and records the force applied during the drawing process in real time until the specimen or adhesive layer is broken, so as to measure the maximum bond strength value. The data is displayed and stored digitally through the configuration device.
Applications
Mortar, veneer brick, paints, Coatings, coatings, exterior insulation materials, various exterior building materials, adhesive bond strength testing
Steps
1. According to the testing requirements, select the appropriate test block (100 * 100mm or φ 50mm) and paste it on the surface of the material to be tested.
2. Connect the drawing instrument to the test block and fix it.
3. Turn on the instrument power supply and set the relevant parameters through the configurator.
4. Start the pull test, and the instrument automatically applies the pull force and displays the force value in real time.
5. When the specimen or adhesive layer is damaged, the instrument automatically maintains the peak force value.
6. Record or store test data.
7. After the test is completed, disconnect and turn off the power.
8. Data can be queried, deleted or exported through the Interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
• Select the appropriate test block size and binder according to the tested material.
• Make sure that the test block is firmly pasted and centered to ensure accurate test results.
• During the drawing process, the operator should pay attention to safety and avoid splashing the specimen.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Be careful not to exceed the capacity limit of 200 pieces when storing data.
• Please use the matching USB port for charging.
• The instrument should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
