Overview
High Accuracy Thermal Insulation Nail Pulling Instrument (Model: MD-6S) is a special instrument suitable for testing the pulling force of rivets of fixed thermal insulation materials and the bonding strength of wall thermal insulation materials in construction projects. The instrument adopts S-type High Accuracy Sensor and mechatronics design. The whole set of instruments is a whole, with a compact structure. It has the characteristics of powerful function, light weight and easy operation of the handle. Its built-in digital display can directly read the tensile force value (kN) and strength value (Mpa), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and inquiry functions, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Adopting an integrated design, the main body is made of lightweight alloy, with a compact and portable structure.
2. Built-in digital display instrument, using S-type High Accuracy Sensor, accurate measurement.
3. With a setting menu, data can be recorded, queried, and deleted.
4. With ultra-low power consumption design, automatic shutdown without operation, Continuous Operating Time can exceed 200 hours.
5. Measurement modes of intensity Mpa and force value KN are provided to meet different detection needs.
Principle
The instrument adopts mechatronics design, and consists of mechanical parts such as handle, S-type Sensor, lead screw, and reaction support to form a "door" structure. When working, the lead screw is driven by handle operation to apply tensile force to the thermal insulation nail or bonding material. The force value is collected by the High Accuracy S-type Sensor and processed and displayed in real time by the built-in digital display instrument. It can directly read the tensile force value (kN) and the converted strength value (Mpa), and realize functions such as peak holding and Data storage.
Applications
Construction engineering fixed thermal insulation material rivet pulling force testing, wall thermal insulation material bonding strength testing
Steps
1. According to the testing requirements (rivet pull-out force or bonding strength), select and install the appropriate fixture.
2. Position the instrument to ensure that the reaction support is firmly supported.
3. Operate through the handle to apply tension smoothly.
4. Observe the digital display, read and record the peak tensile force value (kN) or strength value (Mpa).
5. After the test is completed, the stored data can be queried and managed in the instrument menu.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
• Smooth force should be applied during operation to avoid Impact loads.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Do not use over the range.
• The instrument should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
