Overview
SP-175 digital mortar cissing expander is a special instrument designed by RONGJIDA brand according to the industry standard JGJ70-90 "Basic performance test method of building mortar" for laboratory detection of mortar physical performance. The instrument adopts digital dial meter display, the accuracy can reach 0.01mm, the operation is simple and convenient, and it is mainly used to measure the cissing and expansion deformation of mortar to determine its cissing coefficient and expansion parameters.

Principle
The instrument contacts the standard rod or mortar specimen through the digital dial meter (dial meter) on the measurement frame to accurately measure its length change. First, the instrument is calibrated to zero on the standard rod of known length, and then the maintained mortar specimen is placed on the workbench, and the measurement frame is put on so that the probe is in accurate contact with both ends of the specimen. By reading the displacement change value displayed by the dial meter, the cissing or expansion deformation of the mortar can be calculated.

Steps
1. First place the standard rod on the workbench and twist the adjustment screw to make it approximately vertical.
2. Place the measurement frame at the head of the standard rod, adjust the screw and nut, and align the dial with the zero position (or note the scale of the dial).
3. Wipe the two ends of the well-maintained test piece, then place it on the workbench, then put the measurement frame on the test piece, and move the watch frame left and right, so that the test piece and the measurement head of the measurement frame are accurately in contact. At this time, you can start reading and record the scale value on the dial.
4. If the experiment is not carried out continuously or after a long time, the measurement frame must be calibrated on the standard bar before the test.
Notice
• When using, avoid direct contact with the standard stick with your hands, and hold the outer jacket part to prevent the standard stick from being affected by human hand temperature.
• After the instrument is used, the measurement head and dial meter of the measurement frame should be wiped clean and coated with watch oil.
• During the test, the probe of the dial meter should be brought into contact with the test piece slowly and smoothly, without impact and collision.
• It is strictly forbidden to push the dial meter rod beyond the maximum range, so as not to affect the Sensitivity and service life of the meter.
