Overview
JFL QCJ-40 Lacquer Film Wood Impact Device is a professional instrument for measuring the impact strength of paint film, which complies with the national GB1732-79 standard. The instrument adopts the drop hammer impact method, and the main specifications include hammer weight 1000g, impact height 500mm, steel ball diameter φ 8mm and impact depth 2mm.
Features
1. Comply with the national GB1732-79 standard to ensure the authority and accuracy of the test.
2. The impact structure is adopted, and the impact energy is stable and reliable.
3. Key parameters such as hammer weight, impact height, punch size, and impact depth are clearly designed to meet specific testing requirements.
Principle
The impactor evaluates the ability of the paint film to resist the impact load by releasing a specific mass of drop weight (weight 1000g) to free fall from the preset height (500mm), and using the punch (steel ball diameter φ 8mm) to impact the paint film on the surface of the sample to produce a specified depth (2mm).
Applications
Paint film performance testing, wood surface coating testing, furniture manufacturing, coating research and development and quality control
Standards
GB1732-79、GB/T 4893.9-92
Steps
1. Place the specimen smoothly on the Impact base.
2. Adjust and fix the drop weight to the specified impact height (500mm).
3. Release the drop hammer to free fall Impact the surface of the sample paint film.
4. Take out the sample, observe and measure the damage of the paint film (such as whether the dent depth reaches 2mm).
5. Record the test results and evaluate the impact strength of the paint film.
Notice
Please check whether all parts of the instrument are in good condition before use, especially the drop hammer release mechanism.
Make sure the specimen is placed smoothly and fixed to prevent slippage from affecting the results during testing.
* Strictly set according to the specified hammer weight (1000g), Impact height (500mm) and punch (φ 8mm steel ball).
* Impact depth standard is 2mm, and the degree of damage needs to be accurately assessed.
* Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid injuries caused by accidental falling of the falling hammer.
* Instruments should be regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure Test accuracy.
Please refer to and comply with relevant national standards (e.g. GB1732-79) for testing.
