Overview
JFL QFH-S600 adhesion hundred grid plate (guide grid) is an instrument used for organic coating cross-cut adhesion measurement. The instrument is not only suitable for laboratories, but also for construction sites under various conditions.
Features
1. Suitable for measuring the adhesion of the paint film on the surface of plastic and wood furniture with a thickness of less than 250mm to the substrate
2. Adhesion strength and fastness to the surface of lame plating or Eletroplating products or the strength of the combination of the primer
3. Equipped with a variety of knife tooth spacing specifications: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm
4. The length of the cut mark is 35mm, and the number of teeth is 11
Principle
The instrument uses a certain specification of tools to cut and penetrate the coatings into lattice patterns. The patterns completed by cross-cutting are classified according to six levels to evaluate the adhesion effect of the coatings separated from the substrate.
Steps
1. Test pieces need to be prepared according to ISO1514 and ISO2828
2. Place the test piece on a plate with sufficient Hardness
3. Handheld grid gauge (hundred grid plate) makes the bottom surface completely flat with the surface of the surface coating
4. Use equal force to press the hundred grid board, and use a sharp-edged knife to cut at a cutting speed of 20-50mm/S
5. The hundred grid plate swirl/spin 90 degrees, on the cut cut, the above repeability operation, so that the formation of grid pattern
6. Use a soft brush to clean off the scratched dander using the test piece surface grid pattern
7. Use standard tape to stick to the cross-cut surface and tear off the tape to observe the coating adhesion strength on the surface
Notice
• All cuts should penetrate the coating, but not too deep into the substrate
• If the coating is too thick and hard to penetrate the substrate, the test is invalid, but it should be stated in the test report
• The test tape needs to be 610-1PK test special tape produced by 3M Company in the United States. Attach the tape to the entire cross-cut and tear it off at the smallest angle. The result can be obtained according to the proportion of the glued area on the surface of the paint film
• The test should be carried out at a temperature of 23 +/- 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50 +/- 5%
