Overview
The JFL AWG3-135 digital torque wrench is a precision tool that integrates digital display and various operating functions. It visually displays the torque value through the digital display screen, making it easy to operate and lowering the threshold for use. This product is suitable for bolting and torque control operations in the automotive industry, machinery industry and other fields.

Principle
The digital torque wrench measures the torque applied to the wrench through the built-in Sensor and transmits the data in real time to the microprocessor. After the microprocessor processes the data, the current torque value is displayed in selected units on the LCD display. In peak hold mode, the wrench records and maintains the maximum torque value during application; in real time mode, the instantaneous torque value is displayed dynamically. When the preset torque value is reached, the system triggers a buzzer and LCD prompt.

Steps
1. Install the battery and turn it on.
2. Set the torque value by pressing the button.
3. Select the desired Measurement unit.
4. Select the operation mode (peak hold P or real-time mode T).
5. Put the wrench connecting head into the bolt to be tightened.
6. Apply torque and observe the display value.
7. When the preset torque is reached, the buzzer and LCD will prompt.
8. Measured value can be stored by pressing the button or output data through communication function.
9. After use, the wrench will automatically shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Notice
Do not exceed the maximum range of the wrench (135N.m).
* The setting range of the buzzer is 6.8~ 135N.m.
* Operating Temperature range is -10~ 60 ℃, Storage Temperature range is -20~ 70 ℃.
* Avoid use or storage in environments where relative humidity exceeds 90% and condensation may occur.
The product has undergone a 1-meter drop test and a 10G vibration test, but it is still necessary to avoid severe impact.
The product design life is 10,000 operations, please use it reasonably.
Make sure to use the correct connector (3/8 inch).
* Regularly check the battery level to ensure measurement accuracy.
