Overview
RONGJIDA DTS-III waterproof membrane impermeability tester is a testing equipment that uses electric air pump pressurization, electrical automatic control of air pressurization and automatic pressure maintenance. It provides a convenient solution for the impermeability detection, experiment and research of linoleum and waterproof membrane. At the same time, it can also be used to determine the vapor transmission rate or water permeability of Miscellaneous related materials under the condition that the test pressure is not greater than 0.6MPa.

Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the water in the container by injecting pressure gas into the closed water storage container through an electric air pump. The pressure is transmitted to the permeable plate containing the specimen through the pipeline. The system realizes automatic control through the preset upper and lower limit pointers of the pressure gauge: when the pressure reaches the set upper limit, the pressure is automatically stopped; when the pressure of the system drops to the lower limit due to leakage, the air pump automatically starts the supplementary pressure to maintain the constant pressure required for the test.

Steps
According to the test requirements, use the screw driver to adjust the upper limit pointer of the pressure gauge to the specified pressure value, and the lower limit pointer is adjusted to a position 0.1MPa smaller than the upper limit.
2. Loosen the pressure ring of the permeable disc, open the water injection port cover, close the water discharge valve, and inject water into the container to about 2/3. Open the valves "1" "2" "3" respectively, and tighten the water injection port cover after the middle water inlet hole overflows.
3. Place the test piece on the permeable disc rubber ring, cover the test piece pressure plate, and tighten the screw.
4. Set the time required for the test by time dialing.
5. Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, and start pressurizing the air pump (the pressure indicator light is on).
6. After the pressure reaches the upper limit, it will automatically stop (the constant pressure indicator light is on). After reaching the set time, unscrew the drain valve to relieve pressure and drain, and finally release the pressure ring to remove the specimen to complete the experiment.
Notice
• Before use, the upper and lower limit pressure values of the pressure gauge should be accurately set according to the test conditions.
• When filling water, close the drain valve and ensure that the water inlet holes of each permeable pan are full of water and free of bubbles.
• When placing the test piece, make sure that the test piece is placed flat on the permeable disc rubber ring, and tighten the platen screw to ensure sealing.
• After the test is completed, the drain valve must be opened to relieve pressure, and then the pressure ring must be released to take out the test piece. The operation must be carried out in sequence.
• The power supply of the instrument is 220V/50Hz, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
• The test water temperature is recommended to be controlled within the range of 20 ° C +/- 5 ° C.
